WHAT WE'RE TRYING

TO ACHIEVE

We are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the ocean a more inclusive place for all women. Inspired by the women who surf their home breaks and are impacted by the behavior and attitude of their counterparts, we strive to bring an equality to the ocean by imparting our good vibes and encouragement to all. It's our ardent belief that the ocean is for everyone and nobody should be discriminated against in this sacred space.

TIPS

  • Advocate for yourself and for others: if you speak out your voice will be heard

  • Don't sit on the sidelines. You have every right to be at the peak. It's not a right that you need to earn JUST because you're female. You earn it because you're a surfer.

  • Practice good surf etiquette but don't get pushed out of the way. Just because a guy is paddling for a waves doesn't mean that you shouldn't. It's based on ability, not sex.

  • Nobody owns a surf break. Surf the breaks you want to.

MAKE IT A HABIT

April 8th doesn't have to be our only day. The more we surf together as women the more we earn our place in the break.
